GP Petroleums Limited announced that Sukumaran Jeyakrishnan has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 13, 2026, also ceasing his role as Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Management Committee. The resignation was due to personal reasons and challenges associated with time differences while visiting family abroad. Subsequently, the Board reconstituted both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, now chaired by Rajesh Mittal with Dilip Vaswani and Rahul Arun Shetty as members, and the Risk Management Committee, now chaired by Priyanka Sinha with Arjun Verma and Dilip Vaswani as members.
