Benares Hotels Limited announced that Rohit Khosla resigned as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective October 16, 2026, due to other business commitments, while Satyajeet Krishnan was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, also effective October 16, 2026. Krishnan is currently the Senior Vice President – Operations (North) at The Indian Hotels Company Limited.
