Quadrant Televentures Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced that resolutions were approved at the sixteenth meeting of its Committee of Creditors ("CoC"), held on September 28, 2026, including the ratification of the appointment of senior counsel and professional fees for representation in an interlocutory application for approval of a resolution plan, with 95.6% approval.</p>
