Persistent Systems reported MUFG Intime India had no dematerialized securities during Q3 2026 As on : 14-Oct-2026

Persistent Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, confirmed it did not receive any securities for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.</p>

Attention Investors:
