Control Print Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>

1. Stock Brokers can accept securities as margin from clients only by way of pledge in the depository system w.e.f. September 01, 2020.
