Transrail Lighting confirms no dematerialization requests received through MUFG Intime As on : 13-Oct-2026

Transrail Lighting Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming that no requests were received from depository participants for dematerialization, mutilation, or cancellation of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
