The allotment increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 19,81,62,188 consisting of 19,81,62,188 equity shares to Rs 19,82,01,792 consisting of 19,82,01,792 equity shares, with an exercise price of Rs 40 per share.</p>
