Nykaa owner FSN E-Commerce Ventures confirms regulatory compliance for the September quarter As on : 14-Oct-2026

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, owner of Nykaa, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
